Defeat The Venom Daoist
- Location: Webbed Hollow > Pool of Shattered Jade
- How to Find: Starting from the shrine in the Pool of Shattered Jade, head to the right and follow the path. As you progress, you’ll notice a large spider cocoon suspended from the ceiling. Attack the cocoon until the Venom Daoist emerges. Engage and defeat him in battle. However, he will flee after the fight, setting the stage for your next encounter later in the chapter.
Defeat The Venom Daoist: 2nd Location
- Location: Temple of the Yellow Flower > Court of Illumination
- How to Find: After defeating the Venom Daoist in his first location, proceed to the Temple of the Yellow Flower. Start at the shrine in the Court of Illumination, then turn around and take the path directly in front of you, opposite the shrine. When the path splits, choose the left fork. If you have already beaten the Venom Daoist in the first location, a cutscene will trigger here. The Venom Daoist, now stronger with two full healthbar phases, awaits your challenge. Once you defeat him again, a wall in front of you will become interactable, allowing you to access the secret area known as Purple Cloud Mountain.

Upon entering Purple Cloud Mountain, you’ll find yourself in a mystical environment filled with unique challenges and powerful foes. This hidden area is not only visually stunning but also a test of your skills as you face off against two hidden bosses.
Defeat The Scorpionlord
- Location: Valley of Blooms
- How to Find: After reaching the first shrine in the Valley of Blooms, take a look to your right. There, perched on a roof, sits the Scorpionlord. To initiate the battle, you must first destroy the kegs surrounding him. Once the kegs are destroyed, the Scorpionlord will spring to life and the battle will commence. Be prepared for a tough fight as this boss is both fast and powerful, utilizing poison-based attacks.
Defeat The Duskveil
- Location: Top of the Village
- How to Find: From the central path in the village, make your way to the end where you’ll find the Duskveil. This boss is shrouded in darkness and possesses a range of abilities that can catch you off guard if you’re not careful. Defeating the Duskveil marks the completion of the secret area. After the fight, you’ll be teleported back outside of Purple Cloud Mountain, but don’t worry—you can return to this hidden area at any time.
