From Software has just released update v1.13 for Elden Ring, bringing a range of changes, including several adjustments to PvP. This update enhances PvP encounters by increasing poise damage for light greatswords, curved swords, melee arts, and beast claws.
Dual-wielding attacks also deal more damage in PvP, with straight swords, throwing swords, curved swords, katanas, spears, whips, fists, and claws all benefiting. Additionally, attacks with the Claws of the Night now inflict more poise damage, and the vulnerability window has been reduced when using Miriam’s Disappearance.
A series of balancing adjustments have also been implemented, with Leda’s Needle Knight, Pureblood Knight Ansbach, and Thiollier receiving stat boosts when summoned in certain areas. Summoned spirits now have increased attack power and damage negation, except for the Mimic Tear, when the Blessing of the Venerated Spirit Ash is level five or higher.
Changes to the Repeating Crossbow, Spread Crossbow, and Rabbath Cannon increase their damage when upgraded, and other weapons and gear have received similar updates. For a full list of adjustments, check out the complete patch notes.
